REGISTRATION PROCESS

 

  • To claim the FREE Rider protect insurance policy, the end customer is required to provide the following information in the RIDER PROTECT Registration Form.

Customer information

  • Full Name
  • Home Address
  • Mobile Number
  • E-mail Address
  • Motorcycle Make/Model
  • Motorcycle Plate Number or Registration Number

 Proof of Purchase - Photo/Scan Copy of Original Transaction Receipt and must include the following details:

  • Dealer/Store Name
  • Store Address
  • Purchase Qty
  • Tire Brand/Pattern/Size

 

  • Dealer is responsible for submitting registration form/s to their assigned sales specialist for insurance disbursement.
  • The information must be complete and legibly written and a copy of proof of purchase must be provided. Failure to comply will preclude insurance disbursement.
  • Associate Distributor/s must submit validated registration forms on or before the deadline based on the disbursement schedule.

  • Kwik.Insure will process the policies for issuance within seven (7) business days.
  • End-customer will receive their confirmation of cover via email and SMS notification.

CLAIMS PROCESS – INSURANCE

 

  • Notification of claim form must be submitted to Kwiktech Insurance Brokerage, Inc. within twenty (20) days from the date of loss or accident.
  • Client must contact Kwik.insure’s customer support via website chat, facebook messenger, or e-mail.
  • The client must indicate their name and email address, type of inquiry or claims in the chat platform or e-mail.
  • Kwik.insure customer support will probe and validate the client’s claim.
  • If the concern is validated and the client in-forced policy, Kwik.insure will provide the claim requirements to the client.
  • The client must now complete the claim requirements within sixty (60) days from the date of loss or accident.
  • Upon receipt of the complete claim requirements, Kwik.insure will forward the requirements to provider for assessment
  • If the claim is approved, the claim proceeds will be forwarded to the client’s designated bank account.
  • The retailer/dealer will process no claims.

General Provisions:

  • Age eligibility for this product is 18 to 75 years old
  • Subject to standard personal accident policy conditions
  • Master policy will be issued to the group policy holder and individual certificates will be provided to the insured
  • Terrorism exclusion endorsement
  • Disclosure of material facts clause
  • Policy coverage is effective for (1) year
  • Per name basis only for the personal accident coverage
  • Only (1) policy per member in coverage period

Promo is available in all participating dealers nationwide.
